2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• Generate your 3D walkable tour from the photos you submit
• Deliver your tour preview link, completed tour file, and shareable hosted URL via email
• Send transactional emails — including email verification, tour-ready notification, and payment confirmation (sent via Resend)
• Understand how our service is being used so we can improve it
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising targeting. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.

3. Photo Data — Special Handling

Because photos of your business are sensitive, we want to be explicit about how they are handled:

• Photos are uploaded directly to the secure servers of our 3D processing partner, World Labs
• Photos are used only to generate your 3D tour and for no other purpose
• Photos are deleted from our systems within 48 hours of your tour being delivered
• We do not sell, license, publish, or share your photos with any party outside the tour generation process
• We do not use your photos to train AI models or for any purpose other than generating your specific tour

Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data at any time. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data by law.
• Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to opt out: You may opt out of any non-essential communications from us at any time by replying to an email or contacting us directly.
• Right to correction: If any information we hold is inaccurate, you may request that we correct it.

TourReady.ai uses a minimal set of cookies. Specifically:

• Firebase / Google Analytics cookies: Used to measure anonymous usage statistics. These are first-party analytics cookies, not advertising trackers.
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

TourReady is intended for use by business owners and professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at support@tourready.ai and we will promptly delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud Platform, and access controls that limit who within our organization can access personal data. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Minor updates may be made without notice. For material changes — such as how we collect or use personal data — we will notify affected users via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
