Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TourReady.ai is a web-based service that converts user-uploaded photographs into interactive, walkable 3D virtual tours of physical spaces. The service is designed for business owners, property managers, and professionals who wish to create an immersive digital representation of their space.

2. Account & Access

TourReady does not require you to create an account. You access your tours using your email address and a unique tour ID we provide. We may require email verification to confirm your identity before delivering a tour or enabling payment.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you provide. TourReady is not liable for loss of access to your tour due to loss of access to your email account.
• You must provide a valid, working email address at the time of submission. Providing a false or inaccessible email may result in non-delivery of your tour.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. TourReady never stores your credit card number or payment credentials.

4. Photo Upload & Content

By uploading photos to TourReady, you represent and warrant the following:

• You have the legal right to photograph the spaces depicted in your photos — whether as an owner, tenant, authorized representative, or otherwise.
• You retain full ownership of your photos. You grant TourReady a limited, non-exclusive license to use your photos solely for the purpose of generating your 3D tour.
• Your photos do not depict any illegal activity, dangerous materials, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Photos are deleted from TourReady's systems within 48 hours of tour delivery. This license terminates upon deletion of your photos.

5. Tour Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon payment, you own the 3D tour file generated from your photos. You may use it however you wish — embed it on your website, share the link, distribute it to clients, or include it in marketing materials.

• You retain full ownership of your tour file and all derivative uses.
• TourReady retains the right to host your tour on our infrastructure for delivery and CDN distribution.
• TourReady may use anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data about how tours are generated and used (e.g., average processing time, popular business types) to improve our service. We will never identify your specific tour or business without your consent.

6. Hosting

Hosting is included with every purchased tour at no additional cost.

• Your tour is served via a fast, global CDN and accessible at a permanent shareable URL.
• TourReady targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
• TourReady reserves the right to discontinue hosting services with at least 90 days' written notice to the email address associated with your tour. In that event, you will be provided with a downloadable copy of your tour file.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TourReady for any of the following:

• Uploading photos that depict illegal activity, dangerous or controlled substances, or content that violates the rights of any person or entity
• Uploading photos of spaces you do not have authorization to photograph or share
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary technology or models from TourReady
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from TourReady without prior written consent
• Abusing the service in any way that disrupts access for other users or places unreasonable load on our infrastructure

TourReady reserves the right to terminate service to any user who violates these prohibitions without refund or notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TourReady service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results that meet your specific expectations. The quality of your 3D tour depends significantly on the quality, lighting, and overlap of the photos you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ready AI Holdings Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour that gave rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ready AI Holdings Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out of arbitration by contacting us within 30 days of first using the service. You and TourReady both waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email to affected users before the changes take effect. Your continued use of TourReady after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
